Danielle Gill, LSW
Danielle Gill is a Licensed Social Worker who is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic environment for individuals to heal and grow. She takes an authentic, compassionate and direct approach to therapy and is mindful to meet clients where they are in the healing process, with respect.
Danielle utilizes trauma-informed, integrated and relational therapy and focuses on the impact of the events, relationships and systems, which have shaped the lives and identities of her clients. She also gives attention to the relationship between societal constructs and systemic trauma on individual mental health. She works with people to identify and reach their unique therapeutic goals and to become empowered to foster and maintain wellness in their lives. Danielle is a HAES-aligned therapist who specializes in working with people with eating disorders. She also specializes in grief and bereavement of all types, including ambiguous loss and complicated grief. Danielle offers specialized interventions to those living with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and addresses the impact of past and present trauma throughout the therapeutic process. |
