Brianna Gentile, MFT is a relational therapist who works with individuals, couples, families and children. Brianna believes that relationships are the cornerstones of our lives and that we can all become stuck when we experience conflicts with those we are connected to. She uses systemic techniques to help guide clients to a better understanding of themselves, so as to gain awareness about the path to increasing healthier relationships with others. Brianna’s warm and collaborative approach allows clients to feel fully guided and supported, while also gaining confidence to step into the role as leader of one’s own life.
Brianna’s areas of interest are self-worth, women’s issues, life-stage transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, couple conflicts, and increasing healthy family functioning. Brianna has experience with community-based family therapy in which therapy is conducted in family homes to decrease crises and reduce out-of-home placement for children. She is passionate about helping parents feel more confident and effective as the leaders of their families, and creating space for children’s voices to be heard so as to improve relationships and overall well-being. She is genuinely enriched by her client’s lives and feels it is a true privilege to be welcomed into learning people’s stories. It is a joy for Brianna to be in the presence of client’s achieving their goals and feeling more authentic in their own relationships.
Brianna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Philadelphia University and her Master of Science degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University.
